We’re London-based and built our reputation on reliable air conditioning installations, servicing, and repairs.
Today, Hidden Cool supports a wider range of building services including heating and plumbing, ventilation, electrical works, and refrigeration—giving homeowners, landlords, and businesses one trusted team to call for comfort, safety, and compliance.

Over 27 years of experience in the trade, fully qualified technical engineer. Enjoys super bikes, classic cars and his dogs.
Becky
Financial Director
With a background in Practice Accounting Becky chose a move to industry to work with her husband Jon. In her spare time Becky enjoys escape rooms and is also a bit of an adrenaline junkie having jumped out of a plane twice and always looking for the next adventure.
Darren
Service Co-Ordinator
An avid Arsenal fan who is into astronomy. Darren enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures.
Cat
Office Administrator
With a background in both sales and administration, Cat is also a singer/songwriter with five dance tracks on Spotify so far.
Rolo & Sapphire
Office dogs
Rolo & Sapphire both have their individual personalities but are a joy to have in the office. They enjoy playing ball and curling up by your feet whilst you work. They will welcome any visitor into the office and keep you company whilst demanding strokes and attention.
